HR Processes Integration

Efficacy of all the processes involving human capital

Since 1995 we have strongly believed that processes engineering, applied to HR matters, would be effective in limiting redundant  informations and  reducing mistakes, centralizing inputs and distributing them through technologies.

As a consequence, we have developed methodologies and technological applications that enable the HRD to  achieve its objectives in terms of efficacy of all the processes involving human capital.

After a decade of work, research and tests, we can proudly affirm that the HR processes engineering by workflows, guarantees informations’ certification management coherently to corporate strategy, structure and goals, from the proposal to its approval; moreover, the analysis and implementation of processes integration is realized such that any organization may update it in total autonomy and in time to keep up with corporate changes.

Our model allows:

    • administer all the managerial processes deriving from the planning phase (for example: hiring, competences assessment, compensation policies, etc...);

    • collection, arrangement and distribution of information within the company (for example: personnel administration, payroll, etc...).
